The Child Development Center, Inc. began the Harbor School in September, 1971.

Harbor School is a registered non-profit 401 (C) (3) organization servicing students first through eighth grade. Students attending Harbor are afforded an Individualized Educational Program with a student/teacher ratio not to exceed 12:1.
